Summer shipments are beginning to arrive and we're excited about this one! A bright, fun new yarn for all you cotton fans! Queensland Collection Coastal Cotton Ocean Mist is a soft, worsted weight 100% cotton. Perfect for warm weather sweaters, spa cloths, bags, and anything baby-related.
Our "go-to" baby sweater pattern is the Yoked Cardigan from Hannah Fettig. Between the top-down construction and minimal finishing, we tend to knit it over and over and over again whenever we find ourselves needing a quick baby gift! The smallest size requires a single skein of Coastal Cotton Ocean Mist.

We've shown you Cumulus Rainbow from Juniper Moon Farm before, but if you've never had this yarn in your hands before, it'll surely have you exclaiming, "that is sooooo soft!" Cumulus Rainbow is a cloud-like worsted weight, chainette cotton yarn with a touch of nylon for durability.

Using "Tropical Sunrise," we started knitting from the outside of cake #1 and then continued working cake #2 from the center out, (which keeps the ombre color sequence seamless). Our blanket is 23" wide by 33" long - a perfect size for this car seat baby blanket.
The pattern is free and will be included with your two-cake Cumulus Rainbow purchase. You'll need a 24" US 9 circular needle and a couple of stitch markers!
