The Owasso Tee in Isager Eco Soft

Fresh off our needles: the Owasso Tee knit using Eco Soft from Isager! Once that last end was woven in, Meg wore this beauty THREE DAYS IN A ROW. We love the oversized fit paired with the overall texture (produced using a Shaker Rib stitch) and we think it might just be the perfect layering piece to be worn for years to come.

Eco Soft is a soft and fuzzy undyed blend of alpaca and organic pima cotton; the colors come from the natural variations in the alpaca. It's constructed by taking an organic cotton chainette tube and blowing natural undyed alpaca fibers inside. The result is airy and lightweight with a copious fuzz-fluff halo...and we've got it in six gorgeous neutrals!

Blue Spruce Socks, Part Deaux!

We shared last week how smitten we are with these Blue Spruce socks knit up in Deluxe Tweed DK and we're a little obsessed. Two of us have already worked them up and color choices for more are already under consideration!  Just look above at how different they look when you switch up the color combo!

These socks are warm, cozy, and a heck of a lot easier to knit than you might think. If you aren’t a fan of stranded colorwork, don’t fret! The Blue Spruce motif is achieved through slipped stitches. One color is carried at a time and only the stitches requiring the working yarn are knit - the rest are simply slipped purlwise.

WWDD? Restocked!

We suspect that when Ali from Road Trip Sock Yarn reached out to us asking if we'd be interested in a "custom color made for Haus," she might have thought we'd send a photo of a landscape or Nashville landmark as inspiration. Nah, we just sent her a six-word reply: What would Dolly do? Pink. Sparkle.

Ali took those six little words and created a masterpiece for us. Varying tints and shades of pink, evenly distributed, a teensy bit of sparkle (yup, there's a teeny bit of silver stellina that's impossible to capture in photography!), dyed on her fingering weight 80% SW Merino/15% Nylon/5% Silver Stellina base, 400 yards.  It's perfect, and it's back in stock!
