The Doors Are Open!

We're excited to announce that our doors are OPEN! Our hours of operation are Monday-Saturday from 10am-2pm. We've spent the last week moving all the furniture back in place, tidying, restocking and receiving shipments...and we are READY!!! We can't wait to see you.
You must wear a mask when visiting us, per CDC and Metro/Davidson County Health Department guidelines. Please do not risk our health and the health of our community by asking to be an exception. If you don't yet have a mask for public forays, we've got great ones sewn by our own Vicki available for $15.

Wearing a face covering is an expression of care. It is an acknowledgment of community. Wearing a mask is a vital part of our plan to make Haus of Yarn as safe as possible for everyone. Thank you for abiding by these guidelines as we work together to do just that.

Hand sanitizer is placed by the front door. Please use upon entering and exiting!

Please maintain social distancing
at all times while in the store. Six skeins of yarn, two yardsticks, half a dozen linoleum tiles...whatever measuring method you use. But: six feet.

Social distancing guidelines prevent us from being able to offer hands-on knitting help until further notice. If you need any purchased yarn wound, we’ve set up a winding station for you to use for any immediate winding needs; otherwise, you may be asked to return at a later time for pick up.

The public restroom is closed until further notice. We're committed to the Tennessee Pledge, but this is the sole area of the store we're unable to completely sanitize after each use. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

We realize many of you are not comfortable or able to shop in person. We understand and completely respect that!  Please feel free to call and we'll be happy to help you make selections via the telephone. 615-354-1007

If you're shopping online (click HERE) and would like to pick up your order from the Local Pickup station, select the "LOCAL PICKUP ONLY" option when checking out online. We have a rack of shelves set up right inside our front door; your pre-paid order will be on it.

Bel Viso!

The Ridged Shawl, knit with just two skeins of Bel Viso, is so silky soft that you'd never guess the yarn contains 12% nettle! An eco-friendly fiber, nettle blends beautifully with cotton, linen and silk in this warm-weather yarn - it's machine washable and tumble-dry-able, too!  You'll need two skeins to make the Ridged Shawl;  Click here to view available colors; the pattern is available for free on Ravelry!

Wuthering Sheep!

Roly Poly project bags have been welcome companions this spring and we've got a whole new flock of your favorites...plus some new species! We've added a goldfinch, a chickadee and a woodpecker to the restocked menagerie that already includes a bluebird, a robin, a cardinal and one very, very just-fine rooster. They're roomy enough for multiple-skein projects, with a zippered pocket that doubles as an interior divider. Click HERE to select one of your very own!
