Berroco Maya Rikochan

Here's a great shawl to transition into Spring. Rikochan is knit in Berroco Maya, a cotton/alpaca chainette blend that is lightweight and silky soft. The shawl is knit in different widths of stripes to keep things interesting!

Llambrosia Slouchy Hat

Bobbe has created another fun, slouchy hat! This one is is knit in Llambrosia from Frog Tree Yarns, a 100% baby llama yarn that is so soft, warm and squishy! The ribbing uses the "knit one below" stitch, which adds a fun bit of texture. Click here for a great video demonstrating the technique. Pattern is free with yarn purchase.

Baa Ram Ewe Titus Whitlam Cowl

Whitlam Cowl is a simple lace pattern to showcase a beautiful yarn. Titus is a fingering weight wool/alpaca yarn that has an incredible drape and shine. You can make this pattern with just one skein!

A Note from Christina, Organizer of Threads of Kindness:

Hello everyone...I'd like to invite you to join a group that is very near to my heart as I know it is for many of you.  We are working to provide hospice patients in middle Tennessee with a blanket or shawl for a little comfort at a time when they may most need it and preemie blankets and hats to many of the Nashville's Neo-Natal units.  If you think this giving opportunity may be right for you, please reach out to us.  We are fortunate to have generous yarn donations from Haus of Yarn helping us along our way and would love to share our stash with you.
